PHOTOGRAPHY PROMISSORY AGREEMENT

A RETAINER must be paid at the time of booking with balances due as agreed. The RETAINER is made
to secure the date for services. It is the client’s guarantee that Brian Hillian, K&B Productions will not book
someone else in the client’s time slot. The retainer is nonrefundable and secures that date in place for
that client. If the event is called off then the client will forfeit the retainer to Brian Hillian, K&B Productions.
This is necessary as K&B Productions sometimes have multiple calls for the same dates and if the client
is booked already then we have to turn down that event. A (RETAINER) is required to reserve the date and
time of the event, 100% of the total amount is due 30 days prior to the event date. This agreement is for the
exact date. If the event date is changed to a new date within one year and Brian Hillian, K&B Productions is
available on the new date, a $50 rescheduling fee will be charged and services will be provided as outlined
in the original agreement. If Brian Hillian, K&B Productions is not available, or if the event is cancelled,
Brian Hillian, K&B Productions will refund client’s fees paid, less a 10 % cancellation fee. The retainer will
also be applied toward the client total photography package balance.
The parties have read and understand this promissory agreement, and agree to all its terms, and acknowledge receipt of a
complete copy of the Agreement signed by the client. The Client below shall be fully responsible for ensuring that full
payment is made pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.

After you have read and completely filled out this form. Sign and mail the agreement with your check or
money order payable to K and B Productions Photography. Please make a copy of this agreement for your
reference. (There will also be a $25 return check fee on all returned checks)
